We then develop design concepts, sketches, colour palettes and embroidery directions before moving into sampling and production.We send trial kit for fittings on demand to refine every detail and complete the garment with couture-level finishing.

What is your payment policy?

To begin designing and reserving production time, we require a 70% non-refundable advance payment.The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Since every veil and couture piece is handcrafted exclusively for each bride, all orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.This policy allows us to dedicate our artisans’ time, source materials and begin creating your one-of-a-kind piece with complete care.
